A simple visit leaves nothing: no account, no tracking cookie, no third-party audience measurement, no external resource. The fonts are served from this same domain, and no request is sent to any third party while you browse.
The contact form is the only exception. What you write there — name, email address, reason, and message content — is sent by email to the publisher, and to the publisher alone:
- Purpose: answering your request, and nothing else. No marketing, no resale, no transfer to any third party.
- Legal basis: your consent, collected through the form’s checkbox.
- Recipient: the publisher. The message goes through the hosting provider’s mail server, without passing through any external form service.
- Retention: the time needed to handle the exchange, then at most twelve months in the mailbox.
- Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, to be exercised at contact@spatiopsy.com. You may also refer the matter to the CNIL, the French supervisory authority.
Never write data about your patients in this form: an ordinary email address is not a channel made for health data.
Personal data processed by the software
The SpatioPsy software runs entirely on the practitioner’s device. The publisher collects, receives, and processes no data entered in the software. The software’s only network request is the update check, triggered by the user: it downloads a description file identical for everyone and transmits no information about the installation, the version comparison happening on the device.
Intellectual property
The website, the SpatioPsy software, their contents, brands, and logos are the property of the publisher. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
The Plus Jakarta Sans and IBM Plex typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 (license text for Plus Jakarta Sans, license text for IBM Plex).

The website and this notice are governed by French law.
