Pricing

Pricing, and what the free version actually allows

Nothing is on sale today. The genogram is in open beta until 21 September 2026: it downloads freely, and practitioners who try it during that window keep it free for life, updates included. The price below is the one planned at release, published in advance so that you know what you are committing to when you install the software.

No forced renewal

What "free with no time limit" means exactly

This is not a thirty-day trial that closes on you. The evaluation never ends: it is bounded by the number of records, not by the calendar. You can install it today, forget it for three months, and find it exactly as you left it.

And if I do not renew?

This is the question that decides, and it deserves an answer in writing before you pay rather than after. When a subscription lapses, the software switches to read-only mode: your records stay readable, exportable and printable, with no time limit, and a backup reopens even without a current license. Only entry requires an active subscription.

In other words: nothing is erased, nothing is held hostage, and you can never be cut off from your own records. Your data sits in files you hold, in a format you reimport as it is — there is no place we could shut you out of.

Why a subscription

Because clinical software that stops being maintained becomes a risk: an operating system changes, a notation convention evolves, a defect comes to light. The subscription funds that upkeep, and it comes with no forced renewal — you decide each year whether to take it up again, and answering "no" leaves you everything you have made.

The planned price is €79 a year for one practitioner. The final terms of sale — including the VAT treatment, which depends on the payment channel chosen and on your country — will be published when the shop opens. Nothing is charged before then, and the price shown on that day will be the price paid.
